NurseShift Calculator ("the App") is developed and maintained by OrbitNest Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App on Android devices.

By using NurseShift Calculator, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

🔒 Data We Do NOT Collect

NurseShift Calculator does not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, address, phone number)
• Financial information (bank details, credit card numbers)
• Location data (GPS or network-based location)
• Health or medical information
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers beyond what AdMob requires

📱 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you enter in the App — including your hourly rate, shift times, differential settings, and shift history — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage).

This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. It remains entirely under your control. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App.

📢 Advertising — Google AdMob

NurseShift Calculator uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve relevant ads, including:

• Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
• IP address (used to determine approximate location for ads)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by OrbitNest Studio. Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy .

You can opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

🤝 No Third-Party Data Sharing

OrbitNest Studio does not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties, except as required by Google AdMob for advertising purposes as described above.

We do not use any analytics services, crash reporting tools, or tracking SDKs beyond Google AdMob.

👶 Children's Privacy

NurseShift Calculator is intended for use by healthcare professionals and adults. The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at orbitnest.studio@gmail.com .

🛡️ Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Using a screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or face recognition)
• Keeping your device's operating system up to date
• Not sharing your device with unauthorized individuals

To delete all locally stored data, simply uninstall the App from your device.
